After patch game is almost unplayable.

After i patched today, the touch controls are very bugged. They only work after 3 or 4 presses. It was working just fine before the patch. Now I hit anything and it doesn't activate. And it's kinda random too sometimes 2 hits works sometime 4 or even 5. Also the joystick almost never reactivates after letting it go. Sometimes the joystick just stops working and returns to neutral while I'm using it.

Anyone else getting this?
