Is Bitzinger Sausage Stand worth the waiting?

Hallo! I am visiting Wien and noticed the lines on this sausage stand are crazy big.

I can’t find anything online that makes this special to get this amount of people waiting, so i was womdering if anybody here would tell me if this is marketing, historical reasons or simply the best sausages in Wien
