Whoop trying to make me not cancel by saying I could switch to paying monthly which would cost me much more?! Stupid retention tactics and I think the Whoop team should focus on product development instead of becoming an apparel company. Over 2 years of being a customer is enough for me and their direction or lack of direction is clear.
