Best cocktail recipe for whiskies that don’t make the “neat” cut?

I have bottles that are okay; I don’t see myself wanting a pour of them anytime soon, but I also don’t think they’re bad enough to the point that I have to pour the rest down the drain.

Thinking of using them in cocktails, but Im quite new to cocktails. Even the ‘Old Fashioned’ has so many different variations online that I can’t tell where to start on that recipe.

Any recommendations on cocktail recipes? Recipe breakdowns rather than just cocktail names are much appreciated!
