Artwork - Guy De Neyrac

I’m still going through stuff in storage and came across these two pieces of art.

They are Guy De Neyrac (1900-1950) watercolors. These were my grandparents. I am not sure when or where they acquired these but according to google, Neyrac died in 1950. They are in the original frames that I’ve always know them to be in. One of them has original backing with info card (see photo). The other (last photo)does not.

I see what some are selling for with a general Google search. I know these are not in exceptional condition. I am just looking for some sort of legitimate and honest review/appraisal. TIA
