Found almost 30 of these so far... help please

We found a bunch of these in a pile where our cat was laying on our bed. Then realized that they were all over all of us. Pulled 12 off of our child and another 15 off of myself and my wife.

We have saved them all so far in a pill bottle.

Hoping they aren't harmful as they seem to he everywhere.
