Found this lil guy & his shed in my dubia roach container

So I found this lil guy in my dubia roach container (I have reptiles)… I found it’s shedding first, then I searched further & found what came out of it. Didn’t find any others. First 2 pics are the shed, last 3 pics are the bug. Anyone know what it is? I do have separate containers of crickets, mealworms & superworms in the same area, & occasionally I find escapees, but I don’t recognize this dude. It looks kinda like a caterpillar. 😅🤷🏻‍♀️ Btw, my dubia roaches came from Petsmart 🥴
