Luxury Fakes

Genuine question in the luxury department - I see a lot of people on here saying most of the items sold in the luxury category are fakes.

If you report a fake, are you automatically refunded? Who are the biggest sellers selling fakes?

I have purchased an item or two in this category but have purchased COAs and also don’t a second authentication on my own with another authentication service. But is that even safe?
