This was on the background bookshelf of someone's Zoom room. The other album they had up was Miseducation of Lauren Hill, if that helps.

I thought maybe Janelle Monáe, or Missy Elliot, but no luck. I did search google several ways just describing what the photo looks like, and still no luck. I also asked a well informed human being I live with, and they couldn't id it either. Hoping maybe another human can help
