How do you stay motivated to track points?
Hi! This is my second time on WW. Each time I start I do really well and lose about ten pounds in 3-4 months. I feel great and I feel like it’s sustainable.
Eventually I start getting in a groove and I stop counting points because I “feel like I know what I’m doing” and I slowly start gaining. The first time I stopped I had a huge life change where I couldn’t uphold my diet - so I don’t want to be too hard on myself.
I started again in May and I feel great. I lost ten pounds again which is just about my goal weight but I feel myself slipping. I find it annoying tracking the same things everyday. Realized the other day I haven’t track my points in almost two months. I also don’t own a scale because my old house very slanted and I find it healthier for myself mentally not to get in the scale that often.
Now I feel myself slipping again and I’m having a hard time feeling motivated to track my points. Does anyone else get into these ruts, especially when they are more focused on maintaining rather than losing weight?
