Broken quest?

I’m playing ollie starkey’s route and the Cathouse quest is broken, I have all the other quests done but this one is giving me issues.

The first time I had to reset was because it wouldn’t let be finish the quest (i assume its because I had to leave to make the last repair kit, I never got the cutscene thats supposed to be there)

Now I can’t even get in, the door won’t open because they don’t finish the sentence when you knock on the shutters. I don’t want to reset again, it took hours to get the resources to make the stupid repair kits and I might just lose my mind if I can’t complete this quest somehow.

Any tips? Also sorry if this post is weird, I’ve never actually posted to reddit before so hopefully I’m not too out-of-place.
