Licensed Fence Contractors

Hi all! Does anyone have experience with a licensed contractor to install a wood fence in DC? So far I’ve recorded several estimates to find out the company is only licensed in MD and cannot legally do the work in DC. Long fence is over double the cost of those estimates and are not at all friendly to do business with. Open to any suggestions! Thanks!
