This place is ran by idiots

This is a rant and nothing else because im so fed up for the last few months.

Seriously this company can fuck off. The fact each store is basically a new store because no one runs the same shit per store.

23_7 (gotta be somewhat safe because I know how some folks love to tattle). Its going through a remodel and my dumb SM keeps making last minute changes from the actual plans. It has pissed so many coworkers off. And it erks me because lot of folks come to me to rant on it as if an average joe can do anything about it.

Explain to me how Pop/soda is one of the highest earners in a store. So it seemed that is by how big the isle was and how empty it got throughout the day (for name brands). Now the idiots cut the isle in HALF. The side it was on is now all the water while the other side is a small ass shelves for the pop. Here the kicker. Face of 2, most can hold a big whopping 6-10 12 packs, if even.

I start work at 2. Most of the selection is gone by the time I come in. Ill be damn if I gotta stop my shit to help a customer find a drink all because the cheap asses made it smaller. I dont mind helping lol, but if its going to be every other minute, nah. Im sorry but this renovation is dog water. And our store is smaller than the regular size ones lol. Oh but lets make the grocery isles 2 pallet size wide.
