Fired

I have a feeling I’m going to get fired. I already had 4.5 points but Thursday I got in a car accident and still came to work but everything was hurting that I left early and now I have a 5.5. That day my coach said I can leave but if I don’t have enough PPTO i will get a point. I called and even text my team leads.( my department hates answering the work phone, but they-team leads always on their personal phones).I don’t have a car and think it’s pointless to show up and to get fired. Is there any way they can just fired me now so I don’t have to go in and waste money?
