Help with second-hand Walkman?

Hello! Today, I got a Walkman from Vinted. I went to connect it to my computer, but my computer doesn’t seem to register that the Walkman is connected. It registers other things in the USB port perfectly fine, but my pc doesn’t seem to realise that the Walkman is connected to it. I resetted, reformatted, and restarted the Walkman. I tried all my ports with several different cables. I have Music Center installed. Any help?
