How strong is a neonate/younger ancilla compared to a mortal?

How strong would an average neonate or younger ancilla in modern nights be compared to a human, let's say a fit and strong one? I was thinking of Damsel from vtmb as an example, since it can be assumed she was embraced during the 60s. Would she lose a fight to a really strong human man trained as a fighter?
