What edition is best for Vicissitude

I want to play a Tzimisce and I've been reading through all the abilities on the white wolf wiki, mainly the Vicissitude page, then I found out they turned it into an amalgam skill in v5. Would I still be able to do things like creating Szlachta and turning my body into weapons or should I look into v20 or one of the other edition. I understand not everything will be available in any edition I just want to know what edition allows you to do the most with the flesh sculpting, specifically with the Vozhd, Zulo, and Szlachta abilities.
