Degree stuff: Not able to receive diploma until November/time limit on application

So I passed all the steps with VIPkid and now I have to upload my degree. The problem is that I'm unable to get documentation that says I have graduated from my University until November since I JUST finished school in June. I can get official documentation that says I have "completed my degree requirements" however, I from reading other people's posts, I don't think this will cut it for VIPkid. Is this true?

So, unless I'm wrong, I'll have to wait until November to begin teaching. So my second question is if anyone knows if there is a time limit on submitting your documentation to VIPkid during the application process? If I have to wait until November to get documentation that says I have graduated, will this mean I will have to go through the entire application process again? Any information helps! :)
