Best assets / websites for cool transistions, video fx, text, etc?

I use Premier Pro and Capcut for social media. I am making clips for artists from their most recent concert and trying to make it look cool, exciting and different.

For reference, I am really attracted to blindusk aesthetic, but I haven't heard great reviews and the comments on IG are concerning.
