Toxicity towards female gamers is so old and tired

The culture surrounding women on video games specifically like COD or any other shooter game is so toxic and it’s honestly so old and tired. I remember hopping on my older brother’s headset at 10 and peeping one little word to the chat and getting absolutely shit on by men telling me to get raped or die or “go make me a sandwhich” and crying my eyes out and being terrified to speak or play. i’m 23 now and much crazier so don’t mind being absolutely apeshit and extremely offensive back but it’s tiring and y’all need to do better. if you’re a man who gets on cod and bullies women telling them to get raped or die or make you a sandwhich or stay in the kitchen and get off the game, it’s an immediate tell that you’ve never felt the touch of a woman and you live in your parents basement and your triple chin claps against your titties everytime you move to take a sip of your monster energy in between games and you’re taking out your hatred on women for not giving you a chance or getting hurt in the past. A lot of my guy friends say men say that to other men too but truthfully i don’t see that as often. Usually i hear men chatting casually and the second a woman hops on, they jump on her. Funny that it’s usually always men at the very bottom of the leaderboard while I stay in top 3. If you’re gonna talk shit at least be better than me

seriously do better. It’s almost 2025. You can shit talk without being particularly misogynistic and just being absolutely deplorable.
