Hello guys, I need your help. What’s the model name/year and whatis that knife for?

I have had this knife for about 10 years and I don't know when the previous owner bought it before giving it to me. I looked for similar models but couldn't find the same one. It has a short, serrated blade. I think there is a flat screwdriver on the end. But I don't know what the blade is for. If anyone knows the model name and what the blade I mentioned is for and can enlighten me, I would be very happy.
