Norovirus effecting our cat

Norovirus came through our house and everyone was sick for about 3 days. It’s effecting our house cat now and the poor guy hasn’t eaten much the last 2 days. I’ve put food and water down for him. The first two days he laid in the same spot and hadn’t moved much. Today he moved around a bit and even relocated himself under the bed for the sanctuary away from the kids. He still has some spit up here and there but he seems more energetic today. He doesn’t seem lethargic either. I’m thinking of bringing him to the vet tomorrow if he doesn’t improve. Do you think he’s getting better?

Update: he has eaten some chicken today off of a salad I had today. He hasn’t puked it up and seems a little better. He’s relaxing most of the day in his spot but did come up for attention and laid with me for a little while. I think he’s getting better.
