Dry/cracked open toe bean paw pad, what do I do?

2 year old male neutered cat. noticed this earlier today and I’m concerned. He doesn’t seem to be in any pain or bothered by it, he acts just as he normally does, but I’ve never seen this before. all other beans look normal. What’s wrong/what do I do? More pictures in the comments
