A very simple and cheap way to show your displeasure with the current administration

I will preface this by saying that I am perfectly well aware that what I suggest below is not going to change anything on its own. It is at best a tiny symbolic gesture that most likely only you will notice. But I hope that enough symbolic gestures will eventually help communicate to other people how many Americans are furious at the current administration.

Anyway, the "standard" forever stamps that the Post Office defaults to giving you when you buy them always have some version of the American flag on them, like this: https://store.usps.com/store/product/us-flag-2023-stamps-S_122704. My humble suggestion to show your displeasure would be to simply place the stamp, and thus the flag, upside down any time you mail something. For those who don't know, an upside down flag is an international distress symbol. If enough people do it consistently, at the very least mailmen and USPS workers are going to start to notice it. It's such an easy thing to do that there is really no reason not to.
