Good primary doctors

Hello Vegas citizens, I come to bother you with a question, I know health insurance and medical care here is not great (to put it nicely) but does anyone have a recommended primary doctor or general practitioner that does not look at you in $$$ and actually cares or gives you the time of day? I appreciate your help
