Cool (affordable) dining experiences with kids?

In Vegas for six nights with my 11 year old son. Looking for fun and unique affordable dining experiences. - Already planning for Tournament of Kings -Would much rather be able to order what we want, than a prix fixe menu -Would love to keep it affordable, if possible. -Staying at MGM Signature without a car. Nearby is best, or be worth the cost of the Uber. -Also open to other recommendations for our time here!
