Experience with “alternative” loyalty programs?

Hello, been an MGM gold customer for the last couple years and the benefits and earning of credits seems to be getting weaker and weaker with every trip. Does anyone really like any of the other programs out there? I still want to stay at a nice property but also feel like I’m of a little more value than my middle of the road MGM experience (we’re much more of table game people, and definitely not 100+ a spin on a slot).

Does anyone have experience (good, bad, otherwise) with other programs? Perhaps Circa, the new Mirage, or even Sahara which looks really nice in photos? Open to any other ones too. Thanks!
