will vtac applications reopen

so basically i got into the degree i wanted but now i lowkey want to do somthing else, and i meet all the prereqs, but when i get to my vtac account it doesnt let me add, any courses, does anyone know if it reopens or if its done.

for more info i was doing law at deakin now i want to do nursing at deakin :) so if anyone has any experience with transfering into deakin nursing please help
