Miss making an appt

I forgot to schedule a mid term for one of my courses at the testing center. I thought I had already scheduled it but due to the fact a had a few quizzes and one other exam at the testing center I think I just thought I had but actually didn’t. I already emailed the prof, who told me to contact the testing center I left two messages and sent an email… ugghhhh.
