Brooklyn Regional

This has been the status of my package for weeks. I’ve heard their facility is notorious for being late but this seems a bit insane. I’ve tried calling customer service and can’t get through to anyone other than a robot. If anyone has advice on next steps or a phone number for a real support HUMAN pleas let me know!
