Why are more girls not studying STEM majors?
I have always wondered why so many girls study majors that are not STEM related majors, such as psychology, English, Business, Education etc. Because most of the time, STEM majors are more likely to guarantee a job after graduation and in the long run, but those who study non-stem majors will have a harder time getting a job in the future due to how oversaturated the job market is for non-stem majors. I'm not saying non-stem majors are bad but it's just more harder to get a job with a non-stem degree than a STEM degree, and more girls are not studying STEM, just why? Stem needed more girls because there are just too many guys in STEM, especially in majors like engineering, computer science, and even maths.
