Change planes, do I have enough time..?

Hey guys so I need some opinions..

I’m traveling solo to Iceland and my plane situation is sort of weird. Here it is Las Vegas 9:48am —> Denver 12:45pm ON UNITED

once I get off the plane in Denver I have to: get off the plane, get my luggage, re-check in my luggage, go back through security and then get on my next flight.

Denver 3:40pm —> Iceland 6:05am ON ICELAND AIR

I have to do the same thing on the way back. Is two hours enough time to do all that?? Rechecking luggage and re going through security?? I’m sort of nervous and think I might change to an earlier flight…

I have traveled solo before but never had to change planes so awkwardly like this. Thoughts?
