Midlands area for living

Been driving class 1 fridge work down in a London depot and looking to move to the midlands with my young family as I’d like to buy a house as opposed to paying extortionate rent down here and barely getting by.

Was wondering what areas of the midlands are good for a young family but also for class 1 work, ideally supermarket work but I’m willing to do almost anything with just over a years experience under my belt.
