Commute from Camden- Stansted Airport

Hi everyone and happy early new year! I’m thinking of traveling to London in two months for the first time and I would like some tips about the commute , especially how to get to Camden (where I will be staying) from the Stansted Airport. What I’m worried about is that my departing flight will be at 7am and I don’t know how to get to the airport that early, are there overnight trains? Should I just sleep at the airport?
