Looks like no Thorpe for me!

I emailed them asking for their policy on medical cannabis and got sent this bullshit about going back to my car. I have now re-emailed asking to escalate to Merlin. This was that email:

To whom it may concern.

As an epileptic that would have been traveling via train to Thorpe, that is not a possibility for me and rather ablest to assume I would drive/have a car. Please could to forward my concerns on to Merlin about the lack of medicinal cannabis policy. As well as forward me their head office contact details so I can complain about the lack of support for epileptics!
