Anyone else struggling with Cantourage?

Hi everyone.

I’ve been a patient with cantourage for just over a year now. At first I was really impressed, great choice of flower and quick prescriptions and delivery whilst not being too pricey. Also excellent customer service, phone barely rang before someone answered. Although the customer service over the phone is still exceptional I’m finding I have to wait a long time for my prescription to be filled and sent, to the point where I’m finding it hard to judge when to put in my repeat based on the amount of flower I have left every month. The wait time went up to a week so I have been trying to plan for that, but recently it’s been going up to ten days, without notice.

I put in my prescription around ten days ago, was told I needed an annual review first so I booked in for the end of the month, as that’s all that was available. I called them and asked if I would still be able to get my prescription as I was running low, and they assured me that I could. So I put in my prescription again, received an email saying I wasn’t allowed to because of my review, so rung them again and they dealt with it. The next day they emailed me to tell me that a strain was out of stock, even though it was on the formulary when I ordered it, so I emailed back the same day with a different strain and they said they’d put it through and that I could expect a payment link by the end of the week. It is now the weekend,they are closed and I haven’t received anything. Have now been out of meds for five whole days and I feel like absolute cr*p. Not sleeping well, feeling nauseous angry and anxious. Facial tics are going mad.

Anyone else been having issues? Did you ring and complain and if you did what was their response? I’m thinking of calling them on Monday and talking this through. I pay a lot of money for this service and money is toiiight. sick of being without medication for days. Wondering if a change of clinic would be the answer but I’m not sure I can afford it.
