Arrested

First time arrest for canabis possession and driving under influence.

Just got out of being held for 13 hours and help and advice would be appreciated

Of course I had my script and cover letter but the officer just said cannabis wasn't legal and if your buying through a paramacy it must be black market. Honestly I didn't know what to do.

Update: delayed update due to everywhere being shut. I'm with saphire medical ( no legal aid provided but are willing to speak with the police and provide anything I requested )

Speaking to a few people but not rushing things.

Update: 3 weeks on still not got my meds back still not been charged. Police contacted saphire and saphire have cooperated providing them the the prescription they already had. I have been contacted by both child's services and the DVLA . Needless to say this is all horrible and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do

Final update : 6 months later I email asking for an update and I get an email back with a letter state NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED. Fuck yes !!!!!

Thanks for all the help and advice I received from this sub. 👍 I now think I have a better understanding of just how ridiculous the world really is.
