PE / M&A resources for a trainee

Hi all

I’m a MC trainee sitting in PE.

Can anyone please recommend any textbooks / guides for PE/M&A (legal)?

I have generally found my seats more enjoyable when I have a fundamental understanding of the technical parts.

Particularly interested in anything to do with the equity docs but something comprehensive would be very welcome!
