UIC Nursing: rejection emails, offer to another campus?

I applied to the college of Nursing at the Urbana campus and haven’t received a decision. Do they send out rejection emails?

FYI I submitted application in January, did interview in late Feb because their interview email got lost on the way to me, we found out by chance as I was exchanging emails back and forth with them. They only issue decisions up until late March, which is now, and I am losing hope day by day. Also, do they offer admission to a different campus if you don’t get in your preferred location? Because I see on their websites that the Springfield campus is still accepting applications.
