My mum spotted this UFO today over Ireland.

I already uploaded this but the video wasn’t working hopefully it will work this time. You can see very clearly a rod/oval shaped flying object. It spins around and moves in a strange way. My mum took the video you can see it in the first shot reflecting light and then the camera moves away for a bit then you can see it again this time a small black silhouette on the cloud. You can’t fully see the scale in the video but it is extremely high up. Can anyone explain this?
