Math 174E

Was anyone able to enroll in 174E, I'm a FAM major but it was closed by the department before I was able to enroll and I need this class to graduate on time. Or does anyone know a reason why it would be closed by the department, I'm just hoping that it opens up like classes that have been closed before in the past
