Do you find it funny that standing in one place for an extended period of time for no good reason is illegal?

You can’t even stand where you want to. What if I feel like standing on the corner of Westwood Blvd and Weyburn Ave for 6 hours. I get to look at 7/11, CVS, Bluestone Lane coffee. You see people carrying Chick-Fila and Starbucks too, which just has a general positive aura. Why am I deprived of being able to look at pleasant things?
