Uber passenger just tried to sell me drugs

I was pulling up to the drop off for the Uber passenger and he smelled like weed when he got in the car. So I already knew he was probably high. But then as I was dropping him off, he asked if I smoke weed or want any. I feel like people get too comfortable in Ubers and just say whatever they want without thinking about the fact that they’re in an Uber.
