Late for pickup
The pax scheduled the ride for 4:30. I arrived at about 4:18. No big deal drove 5.6 unpaid miles to pick them up at 4:30 then drive them about 3 -5 miles for $11.36.
Well I waited until 4:35 for the option to cancel because they did not show up. After 5 minutes as I was about to cancel they text saying the ride is for their husband can I wait a few more minutes…
This is infuriating. You waited 10-20 minutes to tell me this expecting I would just be ok with this? Ended up canceling and getting $16.71 for a 5.6 mile drive and a 15-20 minute wait.
Be on time or eat the cancel fee. I am not wasting my time and making bare minimum so they can take their time especially at 4:30 am.
