Introducing the IMPROVED Zen Mode
Hi everyone. I hope you all are doing well. It's been quite sometimes since I last updated you guys about TypingBeast. Frankly, I haven't been working too much on it yet I received tons of feedbacks and emails on improving things here and there. Most of these feedbacks were related to the Zen Mode and here it is. I have completely changed the Zen Mode and tried to implement as much feature as possible.
So here's the brief of it. The idea of Typing Zen is to create a peaceful typing environment without any distractions. It should be customizable to the user's liking. You have 4 typing settings/theme out of the box:
- Default/Plain
- Rainfall
- Camping/Starry night
- Waves
But you can always create your own custom theme and play with it. At the moment, the above themes support video background but the custom theme only offers image background. But I plan on allowing users to upload both images/video background to their preference. Please give it a try and let me know what you think. I would also appreciate if you guys login and record your score on the leaderboard. I'm planning on hosting typing competition and would like to invite as many people to the platform as possible.
