Twin Peaks: FWWM - Teresa Banks and the Last Seven Days of Laura Palmer availability?

Howdy all, I’m watching the final episode of season two as we speak (for like the fourth time, of course) and was just made aware that there’s a fan edit that combines the original theatrical cut of Fire Walk With Me and The Missing Pieces, however I’ve been having troubles finding it as I understand that the original creator has removed it.

I’ve read that it’s still out there, but I haven’t had any luck finding it myself. Does anyone know where to look?

Before anyone says anything, yes, I own the Criterion Collection Twin Peaks: FWWM Blu-Ray (includes The Missing Pieces) so don’t think I’m trying to get something without supporting the original release.
