How can I stop this humming?

My right speaker occasionally gets this humming noise. Sometimes becomes apparent if I turn the volume up or sometimes just happens. I seem to have found the source but I do not know the cause.

Do I need better cables? Is my TT faulty? Any insight is greatly appreciated.
