What makes Kelly Gale's chin/jaw look feminine despite having a wide jaw and chin x3 the length of her philtrum?

Even when covering the feminine facial features in the 2nd photo, her jaw/chin still looks like a woman's despite her having a long chin (the ideal/avg for a woman is a 1:2 philtrum to chin length ratio, hers is around 1:4) in proportion to her philtrum and a wide jaw/squareish face shape.
