Stopped

Hey guys, I got on trt June 2024. 28 yr old male I stopped taking it for a month or going to my appointments. I couldn’t afford it at $75 a week. Just started working again and looking to go back.

In a nutshell, how bad is it that I went cold turkey since my last dose? I feel like shit lately
