Best 12 week Sprint Training plan?
I know that a variation of this question gets asked pretty frequently but i'm trying to decide between the various free 12 week sprint training plans out there.
I'm starting from an active but slow place. I can complete all the distances but...slowly. I'm a strong swimmer but freestyle seems to exhaust me, bike is my newest sport but I live in the mountains and the race I'm signed up for is flat so I'm not too too worried, and I kind of hate running - still building up from walk/jog territory there.
Any opinions out there about the best 12 week plan to follow?
